There is not one long sentence describing the 5 w's but they are answered in multiple statements. Did a good job explaining an example of what the seniors want. Explain more what else the seniors want for senior privleges and what they did in the past. Say what the adminisration has been turning down.

Good start and introduction. State why we went to a quarter system once you find out. State the advantages and disadvantages. Have one long sentence that states the 5 w's.
